Optifibre Intestinal Transit Disorders, 250g

Nestlé OptiFibre is a dietetic food intended for special medical purposes for nutritional needs in case of intestinal transit disorders.

Nestlé OptiFibre is a unique concentrate of dietary fiber, in the form of partially hydrolyzed guar flour powder, extremely rich in soluble dietary fiber (86 g of fiber per 100 g of powder). The PHGG of OptiFibre, of 100% vegetable origin, is obtained from guar seeds (a kind of bean). OptiFibre Intestinal Transit Disorders naturally support intestinal activity in case of constipation.

We recommend mixing OptiFibre in a drink (hot or cold) or in yogurts / compotes.

Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops for adults to spread over the day and 1 scoop for children. Start with one scoop per day, if necessary depending on your personal sensitivity, gradually increase by one scoop per day every 3 days.

Suitable for children over 3 years old, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women. After opening, keep in a dry place. Vigilance in case of diabetes. It is advisable to control your blood sugar while taking Optifibre, especially at the start.
