Cold pressed linseed oil contains naturally occurring vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids and other biologically active substances .

Cold-pressed flaxseed oil contains naturally occurring vitamins A, B, D, E and F series, omega-3 and omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, lignins, phytoestrogens and other valuable substances. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress .

Ingredients
Just sown 100% oil 99.5 ml, alpha-tocopherol 500 mg (vitamin E) in 100 ml.
A daily dose of 5 ml contains 4.975 ml of linseed oil and 25 mg of vitamin E (corresponding to 208% of the recommended daily dose).

Dosage and packaging
1 teaspoon 1 – 3 times a day (ie 5 – 15 ml). Pack of 200 ml.
