Use / application / recommended intake:
Stir 1 level measuring spoon of OMNi-BiOTiC® Active (= 2 g) into 1/8 l water 1-2 times a day, wait for at least 1 minute of activation time, stir again and then drink.
It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and / or in the evening just before going to bed.

Storage conditions:
