The cells of our organism are surrounded by a membrane which, when sufficiently fluid, facilitates exchanges between the elements (water, cholesterol, triglycerides *…). This membrane is also an important “barrier” because it protects cells from the invasion of toxins harmful to cardiovascular health.
This is why its fluidity is an essential property for cardiovascular health.
