Solgar Nutri-nano CoQ-10 is a dietary supplement in capsules (50 capsules). Solgar’s Nutri-Nano stands for patented nanotechnology by which fat-soluble nutrients are converted into amphiphilic substances, i.e. substances soluble in both fat and water. This is done by placing the fat-soluble ingredients in a nano-sized water-soluble shell called a micelle.
The Q10 form used in Nutri-Nano is more than 3 times more digestible than the crystalline (powdered forms) Q10.
Dosage:
Recommended daily intake: adults one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
