No-Spa Max is a diastolic drug that reduces the pain associated with contractions: abdominal organs, gastrointestinal tract (stomach and intestines), urinary and biliary tract, and in the case of women, also the reproductive tract.
The active substance of the drug is drotaverine.
One film-coated tablet contains 80 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride (Drotaverini hydrochloridum).
Excipients: Tablet core: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, talc. Tablet coat: Opadry II yellow 85G32207: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, quinoline yellow lake (E 104), macrogol, titanium dioxide (E 171), lecithin (soybean), yellow iron oxide (E 172), red iron oxide (E172).
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual recommended dose is:
Adults: 1 film-coated tablet 2 or 3 times a day. The daily dose is 120 to 240 mg.
Children over 12 years of age: 1 film-coated tablet 1 or 2 times a day. The maximum daily dose for children is 160 mg.
The drug can be used for up to 7 days without consulting a doctor.
Action
No-Spa Max contains drotaverine hydrochloride as the active substance, which has a relaxing effect on smooth muscles. The drug is used during contractions of nervous and muscle origin. The relaxing effect of drotaverine does not depend on the type of innervation and the location of smooth muscles (digestive tract, urogenital system, circulatory system and biliary system).
No-Spa Max jest to lek rozkurczowy, który zmniejsza ból towarzyszący skurczom: narządów jamy brzusznej, przewodu pokarmowego (żołądka i jelit), dróg moczowych i żółciowych, a w przypadku kobiet także dróg rodnych.
Substancją czynną leku jest drotaweryna.
Jedna tabletka powlekana zawiera 80 mg chlorowodorku drotaweryny (Drotaverini hydrochloridum).
Substancje pomocnicze: Rdzeń tabletki: laktoza jednowodna, skrobia kukurydziana, powidon, magnezu stearynian, talk. Otoczka tabletki: Opadry II yellow 85G32207: alkohol poliwinylowy, talk, żółcień chinolinowa lak (E 104), makrogol, tytanu dwutlenek (E 171), lecytyna (sojowa), żelaza tlenek żółty (E 172), żelaza tlenek czerwony (E172).
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza, farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza, farmaceuty.
Zwykle zalecana dawka wynosi:
Dorośli: 1 tabletka powlekana 2 lub 3 razy na dobę. Dawka dobowa to 120 do 240 mg.
Dzieci w wieku powyżej 12 lat: 1 tabletka powlekana 1 lub 2 razy na dobę. Maksymalna dawka dobowa dla dzieci wynosi 160 mg.
Bez konsultacji z lekarzem lek można stosować do 7 dni.
Działanie
No-Spa Max zawiera jako substancję czynną chlorowodorek drotaweryny, która działa rozkurczowo na mięśnie gładkie. Lek stosuje się podczas skurczy pochodzenia nerwowego oraz mięśniowego. Działanie rozkurczające drotaweryny nie zależy od rodzaju unerwienia oraz lokalizacji mięśni gładkich (przewód pokarmowy, układ moczowo-płciowy, układ krążenia oraz drogi żółciowe).
