Modafen Extra Grip is an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic preparation that reduces congestion of mucous membranes. It opens up the nose and sinuses. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Adults and adolescents 12 years of age and above: the starting dose is 2 tablets, followed by 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours if needed. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets. Elderly patients: no dosage adjustment is necessary, unless there is hepatic or renal impairment. The dosage should be individually adjusted in these patients. The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole, without chewing, and washed down with a sufficient amount of water. Modafen Extra Grip is used on an ad hoc basis to relieve the symptoms of flu and colds, such as: fever, headache, nasal congestion (runny nose) and paranasal sinuses, joint and muscle pain.
Lek Modafen Extra Grip to preparat przeciwbólowy, przeciwzapalny i przeciwgorączkowy, zmniejszający przekrwienie błon śluzowych. Udrożnia nos i zatoki.Ten lek należy zawsze stosować zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty. Dorośli i młodzież w wieku 12 lat i powyżej: dawka początkowa to 2 tabletki, następnie, w przypadku konieczności 1 do 2 tabletek co 4 do 6 godzin. Maksymalna dawka dobowa to 6 tabletek. Pacjenci w wieku podeszłym: nie jest konieczne dostosowanie dawkowania, o ile nie występuje zaburzenie czynności wątroby lub nerek. U tych pacjentów dawkowanie należy ustalić indywidualnie. Tabletki powlekane należy połykać w całości, bez rozgryzania i popijać odpowiednią ilością wody. Modafen Extra Grip stosuje się doraźnie w celu złagodzenia objawów grypy i przeziębienia takich jak:gorączka,ból głowy,niedrożność nosa (katar) i obocznych zatok nosa,bóle stawowo-mięśniowe.
