Metafen – a medicinal product containing ibuprofen and paracetamol.
The active substances of the drug are ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum) and paracetamol (Paracetamolum).
1 tablet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 325 mg of paracetamol.
Excipients: povidone, pregelatinized starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
The drug is intended for oral use.
Adults: 1 or 2 tablets at a time.
If necessary, the dose may be repeated up to three times a day.
Do not use more than 6 tablets a day.
Adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 tablet at a time.
If necessary, the dose may be repeated up to three times a day.
Do not use more than 3 tablets a day.
Metafen should be taken after a meal.
The patient should consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen, or if the drug needs to be used for more than 3 days.

Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak opisano to w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Lek przeznaczony do stosowania doustnego.
Dorośli: jednorazowo 1 lub 2 tabletki.
W razie konieczności dawkę można powtarzać do trzech razy na dobę.
Nie stosować więcej niż 6 tabletek na dobę.
Młodzież w wieku powyżej 12 lat: jednorazowo 1 tabletkę.
W razie konieczności dawkę można powtarzać do trzech razy na dobę.
Nie stosować więcej niż 3 tabletki na dobę.
Metafen należy przyjmować po posiłku.
Pacjent powinien skonsultować się z lekarzem, jeśli objawy utrzymują się lub nasilają, lub gdy konieczne jest stosowanie leku przez okres dłuższy niż 3 dni.
