Orthomol Mental is a nutritional supplement containing important micronutrients for the brain, concentration and memory. It contains sugars and sweeteners, it does not contain lactose or gluten.

Pantothenic acid contributes to good mental activity.

Omega 3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function.

VITAMIN B1 (thiamine), VITAMIN B2 (riboflavin), VITAMIN B6 , VITAMIN B12 , biotin, niacin, VITAMIN C and MAGNESIUM contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

The pack contains 30 daily doses – each dose contains 14 g of powder and 3 capsules (weighing 2.2 g). The total weight of the filling is 486 g.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended daily dosage is 1 sachet of granules, dissolved in 1-2 dl of water. Drink water. Take with the capsules during the day, preferably after a meal. It is recommended to use for at least 2 months.
