Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or according to the doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions. Megapar Forte are effervescent tablets for oral administration. The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water, the solution prepared in this way should be drunk immediately after preparation. Adults and adolescents: if necessary, 1 effervescent tablet (1000 mg), the dose can be repeated every 6 hours, and in no case more often than every 4 hours, not exceeding 6 effervescent tablets, in case of severe pain the daily dose can be increased to 8 effervescent tablets .
