Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage: I. During pregnancy planning: Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule alternately every other day after a meal or at a main meal.
II. During pregnancy: 1 tablet and 1 capsule once a day, always after a meal or during a main meal.
III. During breastfeeding: 1 tablet and 1 capsule once a day, always after a meal or during a main meal.
