Dietary supplement fin Magnesatabs contains magnesium and B vitamins – vitamin B1, niacin (B3) and B6. Magnesium plays a role in the process of cell division. It helps in the proper functioning of muscles and maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium, vitamin B1, B3 and B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system. They contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to maintain proper energy metabolism. They help maintain normal psychological functions. Vitamin B1 also helps in the proper functioning of the heart. Vitamin B3 helps to maintain the proper condition of the mucous membranes. Vitamin B6 helps to maintain the proper metabolism of homocysteine.

Directions for use: Do not exceed a portion of zal. for consumption during the day.

4 tablets a day, 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening after a meal, wash down with liquid.

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
The dietary supplement should be stored out of reach of small children, at room temperature, in a dry place.

Composition:

Anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate; magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium oxide, nicotinic acid amide (B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), thiamine mono-nitrate (B1).
In 4 tablets (% of the recommended daily intake): magnesium 350 mg (93.3%), niacin 18 mg (112.5%), vit. B6 2.2 mg (157.1%), vit. B1 1.4 mg (127.3%).
