INDICATIONS (summary)
This drug has a local anesthetic effect on the lining of the pharynx.
It is used to relieve acute sore throat.
ATTENTION (summary)
If there is no improvement after 3 days, pain on swallowing or if fever develops, consult your doctor. It can tell the difference between pharyngitis and tonsillitis. In the event of bacterial angina, an antibiotic treatment is necessary in order to avoid later complications, cardiac or renal.
The local anesthetic action may cause swallowing disorders.
Medical advice is recommended before using this medication in cases of renal failure or liver failure.
Serious skin reactions have been reported very rarely during treatment with ambroxol. The occurrence of a rapidly evolving rash (with erosion of the mucous membranes and peeling of the skin) requires immediate discontinuation of treatment and prompt medical advice.

Il est utilise pour soulager les maux de gorge aigus.

En l’absence d’amelioration au bout de 3 jours, de douleur en avalant ou en cas d’apparition de fievre, consultez votre medecin. Il pourra faire la difference entre une pharyngite et une angine. En cas d’angine bacterienne, un traitement antibiotique est necessaire afin d’eviter des complications ulterieures, cardiaques ou renales.
L’action anesthesique locale est susceptible de provoquer des troubles de la deglutition.
Un avis medical est recommande avant d’utiliser ce medicament en cas d’insuffisance renale ou d’insuffisance hepatique.
Des reactions cutanees graves ont ete tres rarement rapportees lors de traitement par ambroxol. La survenue d’une eruption cutanee d’evolution rapide (avec erosion des muqueuses et decollement de la peau) impose l’arret immediat du traitement et un avis medical rapide.
