Each tablet contains
Lysine (hydrochloride) 1,000 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 6 mg, Zinc (zinc oxide) 1 mg. Furthermore, lysine hydrochloride, carrier (soluble cellulose; cellulose), polishing agent (vegetable stearic acid; vegetable magnesium stearate), carrier (modified cellulose gum), anti-caking agent (silica), ascorbic acid, zinc oxide, polishing agent (carnauba wax) , dye (titanium dioxide), stabilizer (polydextrose), anti – caking agent (purified magnesium silicate), carrier (maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides).

Recommended dosage
Adults 1-2 tablets daily with food. Take several hours before or after taking other medicines. Talk to your doctor about taking more than 6 months.
