LOMIKAM is a new type of food supplement that contains a unique combination of compositions for the urinary system. Its composition was developed with regard to modern changes in eating habits and lifestyle of the population (eg higher meat consumption, sedentary employment, etc.)
The kidneys play a significant role in maintaining acid-base balance by excreting acidic or basic substances from the body and thus affecting the pH of the urine. If the pH of the urine is low, urinary stones can form, which are most often stones of calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate, or uric acid. In a healthy person, the pH of urine is most affected by the composition of the diet.
LOMIKAM je nový typ doplňku stravy, který obsahuje unikátní kombinaci složení pro močovou soustavu. Jeho složení bylo vyvinuto s ohledem na novodobé změny stravovacích návyků i životního stylu populace (např. vyšší konzumace masa, sedavé zaměstnání apod.)
Ledviny se významně podílejí na udržování acidobazické rovnováhy tím, že vylučují kyselé nebo zásadité látky z organismu a ovlivňují tak pH moči. Je-li pH moči nízké, může docházet ke vzniku močových kamenů, což jsou nejčastěji konkrementy šťavelanu (oxalátu) vápenatého, fosforečnanu vápenatého, nebo kyseliny močové. U zdravého člověka je pH moči ovlivněno nejvíce složením stravy.
