Liv 52, tablets, 100

Liv 52 is a medicinal product for use in hepatic dysfunction, as an adjunct to reversible liver damage and during convalescence.
The active substances are: Capparis spinosae cortex, Cichorii intybus semen, Solani nigri herba, Terminaliae arjunae cortex, Cassiae occidentalis semen, Achilleae millefolii semen, Tamarix gallicae herba, Mandur Bhasma.
No adverse effects were observed in the preclinical and clinical studies of Liv 52.
Warnings and Precautions
If jaundice is suspected (yellowing of the skin or yellowing of the whites of the eyeball), discuss the use of the drug with your doctor.
Store at a temperature from 10oC to 30oC, out of the reach and sight of children.
Use of other medications
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you are taking, or have recently taken, and the doctor you plan to take, including those obtained without a prescription.
Liv 52 may interact with:
ibuprofen (reduction of its concentration in the blood serum without a significant change in its bioavailability).
Taking the drug with food and drink
Use the drug half an hour before a meal.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Consult a doctor before using the drug in the case of pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Use of the drug in children and adolescents
It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.

Liv 52 to produkt leczniczy do stosowania w zaburzeniach czynności wątroby, wspomagająco po odwracalnych uszkodzeniach wątroby i w okresie rekonwalescencji.

Nie zaobserwowano działań niepożądanych w trakcie badań przedklinicznych i klinicznych Liv 52.
Ostrzeżenia i środki ostrożności
Stosowanie leku omówić z lekarzem w przypadku wystąpienia podejrzenia żółtaczki (zażółcenie skóry lub zażółcenie białkówki gałki ocznej).
Przechowywać w temperaturze od 10oC do 30oC, w miejscu niedostępnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci.
Stosowanie innych leków
Należy powiedzieć lekarzowi lub farmaceucie o wszystkich lekach przyjmowanych przez pacjenta obecnie lub ostatnio, a także o lekarz, które pacjent planuje przyjmować, w tym również o tych, które wydawane są bez recepty.
Liv 52 może wchodzić w interakcje z:
ibuprofenem (obniżenie jego stężenia w surowicy krwi bez istotnej zmiany jego biodostępności).
Stosowanie leku z jedzeniem i piciem
Lek stosować pół godziny przed posiłkiem.
Ciąża i karmienie piersią
W przypadku kobiet w ciąży lub karmiących piersią przed zastosowaniem leku należy skonsultować się z lekarzem.
Stosowanie leku u dzieci i młodzieży
Nie zaleca się stosowania leku u dzieci poniżej 12 lat.
