Dosage and instructions for use:
The personal need for added lactase depends on the body’s own lactase production and the amount of lactose contained in food and drinks. Therefore, the need for lactase intake varies greatly from person to person. You determine your personal requirements individually by varying the number of tablets or the dosage of the tablets (FCC units). Simply take LactoStop before or during the consumption of lactose-containing foods.
The lactase content in LactoStop is given in FCC units (Food Chemicals Codex). To determine your personal LactoStop requirement, please start with the following rule of thumb: 1,000 FCC units break down approx. 1.7 g of lactose

Daher ist der Bedarf an zugeführter Lactase von Person zu Person sehr unterschiedlich. Sie bestimmen Ihren persönlichen Bedarf individuell, indem Sie die Anzahl an Tabletten oder die Dosierung der Tabletten (FCC-Einheiten) variieren. Einfach vor oder während dem Verzehr von laktosehaltigen Lebensmittel LactoStop einnehmen.
Der Lactase-Gehalt in LactoStop wird in FCC-Einheiten (Food Chemicals Codex) angegeben. Um Ihren persönlichen LactoStop-Bedarf zu bestimmen gehen Sie bitte zunächst von folgender Faustformel aus: 1.000 FCC Einheiten spalten ca. 1,7 g Laktose
