Use / application / consumption recommendation:
1st week: 4 times a day, consume a portion of 5 g each (measuring spoon is included), mixed with liquid.
From the 2nd week: consume 5 g (measuring spoon) mixed in liquid once a day.
You can also use a letter scale or kitchen scale and weigh 5 g of powder.

Storage conditions:
Store cool, dry, out of sunlight and out of the reach of children.
Use within 3 months of opening.
