For Kids
Adults: 1 tablet 60 minutes before the start of the trip. When traveling for a long time, it is enough to give 1-1 tablet in an interval of 2-3 hours. In the treatment of acute motion sickness, 2 tablets are used once, in case of insufficient effect then 1-1 tablets at intervals of 30 minutes up to a maximum of 4 tablets. In case of sudden vomiting, it is more effective not to give the initial dose of 2 tablets at once, but divided into 4 doses at intervals of several minutes.
Children and adolescents under 15 years of age: Children aged 2-6 years are given 1 tablet, aged 6-15 years 1-1 tablets. The first dose should be taken 60 minutes before the start of the journey, for long journeys the administration may be repeated twice at intervals of 2-3 hours. Children under 2 years of age: Kinedryl should not be given to children under 2 years of age.
Ingredients
The active substances are moxastine teoclas and coffenium anhydricum.
The other ingredients are lactose monohydrate, maize starch, talc and calcium stearate.
Contraindication
Do not take Kinedryl if you are allergic to moxastine theoclate or caffeine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine; if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, do not give to children under 2 years of age, in all cases where fatigue and drowsiness are undesirable.
Dospělí: 1 tableta 60 minut před začátkem cesty. Při dlouhotrvajícím cestování stačí podávat 1-1 tabletu v intervalu 2-3 hodin. V terapii akutně vzniklé kinetózy se užívají 2 tablety jednorázově, při nedostatečném účinku potom v intervalech 30 minut 1-1 tabletu až po maximálně 4 tablety. Při náhlém zvracení je účelnější počáteční dávku 2 tablet nepodat najednou, ale rozdělenou do 4 dávek v intervalu několika minut.
Děti a dospívající do 15 let: Dětem ve věku 2-6 let se podává 1 tableta, ve věku 6-15 let 1-1 tablety. První dávka se užije 60 minut před začátkem cesty, při dlouhotrvajícím cestování se může podání dvakrát zopakovat v intervalu 2-3 hodin. Děti do 2 let: Přípravek Kinedryl se nesmí podávat dětem do 2 let.
Složení
Léčivými látkami jsou moxastini teoclas a coffenium anhydricum.
Pomocnými látkami jsou monohydrát laktózy, kukuřičný škrob, mastek a kalcium-stearát.
Kontraindikace
Neužívejte přípravek Kinedryl jestliže jste alergický(á) na moxastin teoklát nebo kofein nebo na kteroukoli další složku tohoto přípravku; jestliže jste těhotná nebo kojíte, nepodávejte dětem mladším než 2 roky, ve všech případech, kde je nežádoucí únava a ospalost.
