Composition: calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, purified silica (SiO2), anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol.
The content of ingredients in 4 tablets (% of the recommended daily intake):purified silica 420 mg (i.e. silicon 196 mg), calcium 400 mg (50%), magnesium 240 mg (64%), vitamin C 75 mg (94%), vitamin D3 10 μg (200%).

Usage: 4 tablets a day, two in the morning and two at noon before a meal, wash down with liquid.
