The HUMER night tablet combines thyme and marshmallow with soothing properties for the throat. It also contains poppy which helps to promote sleep and improve sleep. Vitamin B6 completes the nighttime formula in order to strengthen the immune system.
Directions for use and dosage
Swallow or suck 1 tablet twice a day and 1 tablet at night in the evening.
