Hexal, Naratriptan bei Migräne 2,5 mg, 2

Naratriptan HEXAL for migraine must NOT be taken:

• if you are allergic to naratriptan or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6
• if you have severe liver or kidney problems
• if you have had a stroke or stroke-like symptoms that have gone away after 1 or 2 days (transient ischemic attacks or TIA)
• if you have moderately or severely high blood pressure or slightly high blood pressure that is NOT treated with medication
• if you have ever had heart disease (poor blood flow to the coronary arteries), a heart attack, a certain type of chest pain (Prinzmetal’s angina) or have or have suffered from poor blood circulation in your legs (peripheral vascular disease)
• if you are taking any other migraine medicines for your migraine such as ergotamine, ergot-type medicines (dihydroergotamine, methylsergide) or any other medicine from the same class as naratriptan (ie 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonists such as sumatriptan, rizatriptan or zolmitriptan) (see section “Other medicines and Naratriptan HEXAL for migraine”).
