Dosage and method of use

Take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains 475 mg of L-lysine and 20 mg of zinc gluconate (zinc 2.9 mg of 29% DDD). Furthermore, gelatin, zinc (zinc gluconate, 26% RHP) 2.6 mg, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica), dye (titanium dioxide).
