1 tablet per day with a glass of water.
To be taken preferably outside of meals, or possibly at breakfast.
Oral use.

Recommended duration: If improvement within 30 to 40 days (70% of cases), continue taking Flex-Tonic continuously. If no effect after 90 days (30% of cases), stop Flex-Tonic.
