Ingredients:
Borage seed oil (Borago officinalis); Chinese Angelica (Angelica sinensis) powder (root); wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) (root); chasteberry seed extract (Vitex agnus castus) (DER 10.5: 1); Pyridoxine Hydrochloride; the rhizome of black cohosh (Actaea racemosa); pteroylmonoglutamic acid; capsule: cellulose; filler: rice flour; subst. anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon oxide.
Directions for use:
1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably with a meal.
