Recommended intake:
Starter dose: When using Eye Q for the first time, it is recommended that you take the starter dose of 6 capsules daily in two divided doses with a meal for the first 12 weeks to ensure saturation. Maintenance dose: After 3 months from the start of use, the daily dose may be reduced to 2 capsules.
