ExtraCal® Double is an enhanced combination of calcium, magnesium, silicon, iodine and vitamin D. Calcium helps maintain the normal condition of bones and teeth. Vitamin D affects the level of calcium in the blood, contributes to its absorption and the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium reduces the level of fatigue and exhaustion, and also helps with mental and nervous activity. Iodine contributes to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland and its production of hormones.

Recommended dosage:
1 tablet twice a day.
