Contents of the package
1 sealed aluminum bag containing: 1 test, 1 sachet with a moisture absorber and 1 leaflet with instructions for use.
Evidence-10 allows to detect the presence of the hCG hormone in urine as low as 10 mIU / ml.
The method of using the medical device
Take the test out of the package and aluminum bag.
Remove the plastic cap at the end of the test.
Place the exposed tip of the Direct Test under the urine stream for 5-10 seconds.
Put the plastic cap back on.
Read the result after 5 minutes.

Sposób użycia wyrobu medycznego
Wyciągnij test z opakowania i aluminiowej torebki.
Zdejmij plastikową zatyczkę na końcu testu.
Umieść odsłoniętą końcówkę testu bezpośredniego pod strumieniem moczu, trzymając przez 5-10 sekund.
Załóż z powrotem plastikową zatyczkę.
Odczytaj wynik po 5 minutach.
