New Nordic Energy Stress 60 Tablets are food compliments that help combat stress thanks to its plant extracts.
Stress reactions are normal and helpful. In many circumstances, we therefore speak of “good stress”. We know, for example, that the level of performance at the time of a task is better when there is a certain dose of stress, because this would stimulate motivation, better judge the parameters of the situation and prepare accordingly.

– “real” Lavender essential oil which exerts a relaxing action thanks to its formula rich in bioactive principles capable of reaching the brain in just 15 minutes. – Rosemary and Green Tea extract, rich in L-theanine, an amino acid naturally present in Green Tea leaves which exerts a calming action by stimulating the production of alpha waves by the brain. – B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B12) and Magnesium which promote resistance to stress and reduce fatigue. – Vitamin B6 also contributes to better absorption of Magnesium, for a maximized effect.
This formula therefore allows him to reduce stress but also to boost his mental performance. In fact, by stimulating the production of alpha waves by the brain, the L-theanine contained in green tea promotes concentration, which is reinforced by the action of Iodine which contributes to normal cognitive functions.
The bark of French maritime pine, whose action is increased tenfold by black pepper, promotes blood microcirculation and therefore irrigation of the brain. Finally, B vitamins and in particular Vitamin B5, which participates in the synthesis of certain neurotransmitters, promote good mental functioning. Directions for use and dosage
