Duspatalin Gastro tablets is a spasmolytic drug, i.e. it relaxes the muscles of the intestines. The drug is intended for adults and children over 10 years of age in the treatment of abdominal pain or symptoms such as flatulence, distension.
The active substance is mebeverine hydrochloride (Mebeverini hydrochloridum).
1 tablet contains 135 mg of mebeverine hydrochloride.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, starch (corn or potato), povidone (K25), talc, magnesium stearate. Coating: talc, sucrose, gelatin, acacia, carnauba wax.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Duspatalin Gastro should be taken orally, washed down with tablets entirely with adequate (minimum 100 ml) water. The drug should be taken at the same times of the day, at regular intervals. The drug should not be used for more than 5 days without consulting a doctor.
The usual dosage of Duspatalin Gastro for adults and children over 10 years of age is 1 tablet 3 times a day 20 minutes before a meal.
Action
The spasmolytic effect of Duspatalin Gastro is to relax the intestinal muscles. Too much contraction of these muscles causes pain, the drug relaxes them and normalizes the intestinal motility.
Indications
The indication for the use of Duspatalin Gastro is the treatment of abdominal pain or discomfort in the abdominal cavity (e.g. flatulence, distension), which may be accompanied by disturbances in the rhythm of bowel movements and changes in the consistency of the stool, including diarrhea and / or constipation, caused by abnormal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
Tabletki Duspatalin Gastro to lek spazmolityczny, czyli rozkurczający mięśnie jelit. Lek przeznaczony jest dla osób dorosłych i dzieci w wieku powyżej 10 lat w leczeniu bólu brzucha czy objawów takich jak: wzdęcia, uczucie rozpierania.
Substancją czynną leku jest cholorowodorek mebeweryny (Mebeverini hydrochloridum).
1 tabletka zawiera 135 mg chlorowodorku mebeweryny.
Substancje pomocnicze: laktoza jednowodna, skrobia (kukurydziana lub ziemniaczana), powidon (K25), talk, magnezu stearynian. Otoczka: talk, sacharoza, żelatyna, guma arabska, wosk Carnauba.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Duspatalin Gastro należy przyjmować doustnie, popijając tabletki w całości odpowiednią (minimum 100 ml) wody. Lek należy przyjmować o tych samych porach dnia, w równych odstępach czasowych. Leku nie należy stosować dłużej niż przez 5 dni bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
