Mode of action

Wirkungsweise
Dulcolax Dragées bei Verstopfung mit Bisacodyl (Packungsgröße: 20 stk) hemmen die Natrium- und Wasseraufnahme aus dem Darmlumen und steigern die Wasser- und Elektrolytabgabe in das Darmlumen.
Hierdurch kommt es zur Volumenvermehrung des Stuhles und damit reflektorisch zur Anregung der Eigenbewegung des Darmes.
