Dulcobis is a laxative medication that stimulates bowel movements and softens the stools.
The active substance of the drug is bisacodyl (Bisacodylum).
One gastro-resistant tablet contains 5 milligrams of bisacodyl.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, soluble maize starch, glycerol 85%, magnesium stearate, coating: magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, gum arabic, titanium dioxide (E171), methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate copolymer (1: 1) Methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate copolymer (1: 2), castor oil, macrogol 6000, yellow iron oxide (E172), white wax, carnauba wax, shellac.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Short-term treatment of constipation
Adults: orally 1-2 gastro-resistant tablets at bedtime.
Adolescents and children over 10 years of age: orally 1-2 gastro-resistant tablets before going to bed.
It is recommended to start treatment with the lowest dose. The dose can be adjusted to the highest dose recommended in order to achieve regular bowel movements. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (2 tablets).
Children 4-10 years: orally 1 gastro-resistant tablet at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (1 tablet). Children 10 years of age and younger with chronic or persistent constipation should only be treated under medical supervision.

Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Krótkotrwałe leczenie zaparć
Dorośli: doustnie 1-2 tabletki dojelitowe przed snem.
Młodzież i dzieci powyżej 10 lat: doustnie 1-2 tabletki dojelitowe przed snem.
Zaleca się rozpoczęcie leczenia od najmniejszej dawki. Dawkę można dostosować do najwyższej zalecanej dawki w celu uzyskania regularnych wypróżnień. Nie należy przekraczać maksymalnej dawki dobowej (2 tabletki).
Dzieci 4-10 lat: doustnie 1 tabletka dojelitowa przed snem. Nie należy przekraczać maksymalnej dawki dobowej (1 tabletka). Dzieci w wieku 10 lat i młodsze z przewlekłymi lub uporczywymi zaparciami powinny być leczone wyłącznie pod opieką lekarza.
