The product includes:
Natural fish oil concentrate – supports the work of the cardiovascular system, proper vision, and the maintenance of brain function.
Omega-3 fatty acids – are classified as unsaturated fatty acids. The precursor of omega-3 acid is alpha-linolenic acid. Good sources of omega-3s are: sardines, salmon, cod, mackerel, herring, linseed oil and walnuts.
DHA – docosahexaenoic acid belongs to the group of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The sources of DHA include algae and fish.
EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid belongs to the group of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. EPA is a substrate for the production of DHA.
It is recommended to take 2 capsules up to two times a day with meals.
