Recommended dosage

For adults and children from 12 years: 1 capsule daily, maximum 3 capsules daily. For children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule daily, maximum 2 capsules daily. For children from 3 to 6 years: ½ capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. After 3-4 weeks of use, a 1 week break is required. It is necessary to increase fluid intake and not to take the product permanently.
