Use / application / recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule unchewed twice a day after eating with a little liquid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Storage conditions:
Store out of the reach of small children and in a cool, dry place.

Fenugreek seed extract, filler: cellulose powder, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, zinc citrate, sodium selenite, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
