Coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10) is an essential component of almost every cell in the human body, found in large numbers in organs such as the heart, lungs or liver. It plays one of the key roles in getting energy from food.
Low levels of coenzyme Q10 can be caused by the use of statins (medicines to lower cholesterol).
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with or after food.
Drink plenty of water.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains 60 mg of Coenzyme Q10.
It also contains soybean oil, gelatin, coenzyme Q10, a humectant: glycerin, dyes: iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow.
It does not contain gluten, lactose, sugar or preservatives.
