Dietary supplement with choline.

Use / application / recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily (= 1 serving), preferably with plenty of liquid, with or after a meal. If necessary, the capsules can be opened and the content z. B. sprinkled over food (cold and lukewarm dishes) or stirred into it.

Storage conditions:
Keep out of reach of small children.
Preferably keep Orthomol Choline Plus cool and dry.

Ingredients:
Choline bitartrate (49%), milk thistle seed extract with silymarin (32%) (from Silybum marianum), coating agent hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
