Cod oil – (also called fish oil) is a liquid fat obtained from fresh fish liver, rich in ω-3 (omega-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids. These include, among others: DHA, i.e. docosahexaenoic acid and EPA, i.e. eicosapentaenoic acid (it is a substrate for the production of DHA).
Vitamin A – is a name that covers a whole group of chemical compounds such as retinol, retinoic acid, provitamin A and retinaldehyde. Each of these compounds contains alpha, beta, and gamma-carotene, among others. It affects the condition of the skin. Supports proper vision.
Vitamin D – in the human body contributes to the maintenance of the proper level of calcium in the blood and its proper absorption, therefore it supports the health of bones and teeth. It is essential for the functioning of muscles, plays a significant role in processes related to cell division, and also affects the work of the immune system.

Usage:
Recommended daily dose: children over 3 years of age: 4 capsules. It is recommended to be taken with a meal.
