Chelate Magnesium Cramp, 60

MyVita Silver contains highly absorbable magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6 P-5-P, which have been enclosed in vege capsules made of vegetable cellulose, without the use of dyes. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, support the maintenance of proper energy metabolism and psychological functions. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and helps in the proper formation of connective tissues. Potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure. In contrast, vitamin B6 helps in the proper production of red blood cells and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Application
The supplement supplements the diet with magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6.

Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium amino acid chelate), potassium citrate, 8.5mg L-leucine, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable cellulose coating).

The daily dose (3 capsules) contains:

magnesium diglycinate 1020 mg, including magnesium 112 mg (30%) *,
potassium citrate 1020 mg, including potassium 363 mg (18%) *,
vitamin B6 4.2 mg (300%) *.

Recommended intake
3 capsules a day with water.

Contraindications
It is not recommended for pregnant women who are breastfeeding and for children.
