Use / application / recommended intake:
Pour 1/2 l of boiling water over 1 heaped spoonful of charantea, let it steep for about 4 – 5 minutes, until the pieces begin to sink to the bottom, strain and enjoy.
Drink 1/2 liter of tea in cold or warm sips immediately after each meal. This reduces excessive insulin release.
