Chang shan is an evergreen shrub that grows mainly in Nepal and Tibet. The plant is characterized by blue flowers and metallic blue fruits and is sometimes called hydrangea. The medicinal raw material is the root of the plant.
Ingredients: Chang Shan root extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule)
Recommended daily allowance : 4 capsules
Composition of the recommended daily allowance:
1600 mg Chang Shan root extract (Dichroa Febrifuga)
400mg hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule)
Usage: 4 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably half an hour before meals.
