Active ingredients
L-carnosine occurs naturally in the body, especially in organs with increased energy requirements, such as the brain, CNS and heart. However, its amount decreases rapidly with age.
Vitamins B2, C and zinc act as very effective antioxidants that fight excessive amounts of free radicals in the body. They can be caused by, for example, an unbalanced diet, alcohol consumption, smoking, stress, but also a polluted environment or UV radiation, which has been proven to accelerate the signs of aging.
Vitamin C is beneficial for the production of collagen and, together with zinc, helps to keep the skin supple and firm, which is desirable for a youthful appearance.
Zinc is also important for the metabolism of essential nutrients, maintaining sharp eyesight and also supports cognitive functions (such as memory, concentration or a clear mind).

Anti-caking agents (calcium carbonate, cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica, talc), L-carnosine, L-ascorbic acid, rutin (powder), stabilizers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose), zinc citrate, dye (titanium dioxide), concentrates ( apple, blackcurrant, radish, spirulina), triglycerides, riboflavin.
What to watch out for

Recommended dosage
1 – 2 tablets a day, drink with liquid. It is best to eat in the evening with food. For maximum effect, take regularly every day.
