What to watch out for
In rare cases, diarrhea may occur. Zinc use can cause copper deficiency. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The food supplement is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet and does not replace the importance of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

adults: 1 tablet every other day with food. Take several hours before or after taking other medicines and medicines
