This medication is a combination of sedative substances .
It is used in the adjunctive treatment of mild sleep disorders, irritability and nervousness.
This medication should not be used in the following cases:
- acne ;
- excess calcium in the blood and urine, with or without lithiasis ;
- undernourished or dehydrated elderly person ;
- child under 30 months.
In case of prolonged treatment, bromine can cause the appearance of particular pimples called bromides. See your doctor.
An overdose can cause behavioral problems, especially in the elderly. Stop treatment immediately and tell your doctor.
This medicine contains a significant amount of sugar (sucrose) and salt ( sodium ).
Avoid taking alcoholic beverages during treatment.
This medication can cause drowsiness, which can be severe in some people. This drowsiness can be increased by taking alcohol or other sedative drugs. Driving and using dangerous machinery is strongly discouraged, especially in the hours after taking the medication.
Usual dosage:
- Adult: 1 or 2 tablets per day.
- Children over 30 kg: 1 tablet per day.
