BrainMax Zinc Complex is a synergistic combination of highly bioavailable forms of zinc, selenium and copper. Each capsule contains 15 mg of elemental zinc, 1 mg of copper, and 490 mg of organic turmeric. Zinc in the form of zinc bisglycinate is the best absorbed form for the body, and when combined with copper in the form of citrate, its absorption is further increased.

Zinc supports the immune system, hormonal balance, fertility, bone health, and just as importantly, together with copper, protects cells from oxidative stress.

Selenium in its most bioavailable form (selenium methionine) contributes to the maintenance of hair and nails, the normal functioning of the thyroid gland, and the normal functioning of the immune system. To enhance the effect, we used almost half a gram of organic turmeric instead of the commonly used bulking agents. The product is free of ballast substances and, thanks to its vegetable capsules, is also suitable for vegans.

Zinek ve formě bisglycinátu zinečnatého je tělem nejlépe vstřebatelnou formou a při kombinaci s mědí ve formě citrátu se jeho absorpce dále zvyšuje.
