The bilberry, also known as the blueberry, is a widespread herbaceous plant. The fruits contain tannins and a blue dye (anthocyanins) typical of blueberries.

Blueberry E GPH capsules contain 400 mg of blueberry extract.

Consumption recommendation:
Adults: take 1 – 3 x 1 capsule daily with liquid
