Effects of active ingredients

Biotin helps maintain the normal condition of hair, skin and mucous membranes .
Pantothenic acid (in the form of calcium pantothenate) helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion .
Hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium hyaluronate) is present in the skin, where it prevents the penetration of bacteria into the tissues. It is also found in cartilage, vitreous and together with collagen forms the basis of the organic part of the bones.

Silica 15 mg / tbl

Recommended dosage
