Ingredients
Active ingredient: soluble and insoluble fiber from sugar beet and citrus peel, anti-caking agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone (E 1201), filler: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E 470b), firming agent: silica ( E 551), polishing agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (E 464).
Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years 4 to 12 tablets per day. Drink the tablets with plenty of water.
The individual need for increased fiber can be determined by gradually increasing the daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for children under 12 years of age. Dietary supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Increases stool volume.
