The BICAPS Skin & Hair dietary supplement is a combination of 7 ingredients, including zinc and selenium (in the form of highly absorbable zinc citrate and L-selenomethionine), biotin and silicon (naturally derived from bamboo).
Ingredients:
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), bamboo powder (Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss), pullulan (capsule shell), zinc (zinc citrate), yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, vitamin E (soybean D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate), pantothenic acid ( Calcium D-pantothenate), biotin (D-biotin).
Dosage
Consume 1 capsule once a day with a meal.
