BEROCCA Sugar-free Effervescent, 60

Berocca® acts on the various symptoms linked in particular to a deficit in magnesium such as temporary physical and mental fatigue. With one to two tablets per day for 30 days, Berocca® allows you to regain your physical and mental potential.

This medication contains magnesium, calcium, zinc and vitamins B and C. These minerals and vitamins are essential for metabolism .
It is used in the treatment of magnesium deficiencies and in the event of symptoms which could evoke a lack of magnesium: irritability, transient fatigue, minor sleep disorders, palpitations , muscle cramps, tingling.

This medication should not be used in the following cases:

severe kidney failure ,
excess calcium in the blood or urine,
calcium lithiasis ,
phenylketonuria (effervescent tablets: presence of aspartame).

Usual dosage:

Adult: 1 or 2 tablets per day.
The usual recommended duration of treatment is 1 month.
